"Order was wrong again"
I do like ordering from baldorfood.com because, the selection is really good and I can usually find what I need. But lately, yeah, the accuracy of my orders has been disappointing.
This time I ended up with the wrong herbs, and one of the items was just missing altogether. It wasn’t, like, a total disaster, but it did throw off what I was cooking, and I still had to go out to grab what I needed.
Customer service helped fix part of the issue, which I appreciate, but I don’t really want to inspect every box like I’m playing some kind of guessing game every time I order

"Cold stuff actually stayed cold"
Not gonna lie, I’ve ordered from Baldor a few times now and their temperature control has been solid. The dairy and greens showed up cold, not that weird half-warm situation I’ve had with some other deliveries. One box did have a bit of a melted ice pack mess, but the food itself was totally fine. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve ordered from Baldor a few times, i usually assume the produce and food will show up fresh because it mostly does. No major complaints there. But the prices add up fast, especially once delivery is included, and I immediately start comparing it to my local stores. Some things feel worth the splurge, but other items make me think, yeah, probably could’ve grabbed that cheaper nearby. I’d still use them again for certain items, just not as my go-to for a full regular grocery run.

"Minimum order was okay, but I felt a bit misled"
The minimum order itself was fair and the delivery showed up without any hassle, so that part was fine. I just felt a little misled because I didn’t realize the minimum order details until later, and it wasn’t as clear upfront as I expected.
"Freshness was just okay"
Some of the items were fresh, but a few of the greens were already looking a little wilted around the edges. Nothing was truly bad or unusable, but for the price, I was expecting everything to look a bit crisper when it arrived.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock, so they replaced it with something really similar and sent me a quick note about it. i was expecting it to be a bigger hassle, but the order still showed up fine and there were no issues. Smooth overall.

I’m always thankful for this place because they somehow have the random ingredients I can’t find anywhere else. They had yuzu kosho and fresh morels when no one else around did, which seriously made my day.

"Fresh produce, easy enough ordering"
I tried ordering from baldorfood.com for the first time recently, or maybe it was last week, my days are all blending together, and overall it went really smoothly. The site was simple to use, checkout didn’t act up, and I got a few updates after I placed the order, which was nice. When everything arrived, it was packed well and the produce looked really fresh. The prices felt fair for the quality too. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Super easy site for my weekly orders"
I’ve been using Baldor Food for my weekly orders for a while now, and it’s been really easy to deal with. The search works well, the categories are laid out in a way that makes sense, and I can usually find what I need without bouncing around the site forever.
Checkout is quick too, which I really appreciate when I’m trying to place an order in a hurry. I haven’t run into any weird glitches so far, and I’ve even recommended it to a friend who was looking for a smoother ordering option. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Refund Came Through, But It Took Some Patience"
I did end up getting the refund credit, so I’m glad they followed through in the end. That said, it took longer than I expected, and I had to be a bit patient waiting for it to show up. Overall, it worked out, but the process could definitely be quicker

I’ve ordered from Baldor a few times, and overall the quality is solid and the website is easy to use. I guess I expected the prices to be a little more competitive, though. Some things seem totally reasonable, but then other items are noticeably higher than I thought they’d be. I still shop there when it makes sense, just not for every order.

"Good produce, but freshness is hit or miss"
I’ve ordered produce from Baldor a handful of times now, and overall it’s been okay. Some things are really nice, like the herbs and apples, and those usually feels worth it.
But my last order was a little disappointing. The lettuce was already kind of wilted when it showed up, and a few of the tomatoes was way softer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t awful, just not really what I expected for the price.
Delivery went smoothly, and the website is easy to use, so I don’t have a huge complaint there. I’d probably give them another try, but I do wish the freshness were more reliable from order to order...
"Kind drivers and a stress-free drop off"
I’ve had a really good experience with the Baldor drivers so far. They’re usually right on time and just make the whole drop-off feel easy, which I really appreciate on busy days. Everyone has been respectful and professional, and it’s a relief when deliveries don’t come with extra stress or attitude. One time things felt a little rushed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’ve been happy with the service.

"Too inconsistent for my weekly orders"
I really wanted baldorfood.com to work out because, compared with other food delivery options I’ve used, they have some good products and the site looked promising. But my orders ended up feeling hit or miss. One delivery would be mostly fine, and then the next would have missing items or things that just weren’t quite what I thought I was getting.
Customer support was okay in some cases, but it didn’t feel as dependable as what I’ve gotten from similar services. With groceries or food orders, I need to feel confident about what’s showing up and when it’s arriving. After giving them a few chances, I just don’t feel comfortable relying on them again

They did keep me posted throughout the process, which I appreciated, but some of the communication was a little vague and kind of annoying. I had to read between the lines a few times to figure out what was actually going on. Overall, no major issues, but clearer updates would’ve made the experience better.

Had an issue with my order, and it took longer than I expected to get it fixed. Customer service did get back to me, so that was a relief, and they did sort it out in the end. I just kept checking for updates and wishing they were a bit quicker with that part. Anyway, not a bad experience overall, but not exactly great either.
